Design
Our Design will respond to your needs whilst incorporating a budget and a sustainable well arranged solution. With these drawings/documents a cost estimation can be arranged in order for you to have an understanding of your project value. This will help you to make decisions early in the process saving you time, money and provide you with confidence in moving your project forward.
Planning
We will provide a set of documents that are to the muncipal Council’s requirements and a design that will get through the vigorous planning process derived from your priorities and needs.
Building
A set of documents will be provided that will satisfy the level of detail required for your project. It is important to make sure that the working drawings and / or specification are organised thoroughly and are easy to read and reproduce.
Consultation
We have an extensive database of connections to all the relevant consultants who would need to be involved in your project. And if a new consultant outside of our contacts is needed we will ensure that we provide our client with a minimum of two quotes so that they get the right price for any outside assistance.
Interiors
Deriving an outcome that reflects both your needs and personality is an approach that J.O Arch Services likes to practice so that the design will tie back into the primary concept. We can offer advice on the most current interior design solutions and even meet at the top interior supply warehouses to help guide you to make the best decisions for your project.
Project Management
Project Management and Contract Administration is an optional service should you wish to build your project under a Australian Standard contract, ensuring that you get something built properly reflecting your initial priorities. The arrangements can be as detailed or as flexible as you require and can vary depending on your budget.
